Thank you so much for supporting handmade! Every order means the world to us. We prepare and ship your items with care so they arrive safely and beautifully packaged — ready to brighten your day. 

Processing Time

All of our creations are ready to ship and will be on their way within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.
We take weekends and public holidays off to rest our hands and refill our stock & inspiration, so orders placed then will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

🇪🇸 Spain (mainland & islands): 2–5 business days

🇪🇺 European Union: 5–10 business days

🌍 International: 5–12 business days

(Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or local postal delays.)

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking

Once your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

Customs & Import Duties

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs fees or import taxes may apply.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in product or shipping prices.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We pack each order with love and care, but if your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days at hello@mediterraneanseagems.com.
